All items are hired under the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. All items remain the property of Blomster Designs Ltd.

  2. An Invoice for a refundable security deposit will be sent separately once your order has been processed and must be paid prior to any items being released.

  3. The hirer is responsible for insuring the goods from the time of collection until they are returned to our premises.

  4. Any queries on goods must be made immediately.

  5. All prices quoted are for a 4 day hire period only - Extended hire rates are available upon request.

  6. Deposits will be refunded after the items have been returned and checked by our staff, any missing items or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost. We do not accept a customer’s own replacement items.

  7. All items will be hired out clean and ready to use. If they are returned dirty, please note that a cleaning charge of 20% will be made.

  8. Please note that these items are in constant use and some will, as a result, have marks/scratches/blemishes/chips/cracks on them.

  9. Please note: All boxes must be returned with the hire of the goods as non-return will result in a charge of 50% of the retail value of the goods.

  10. Blomster Designs is not in anyway responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property or loss of profit claimed by the hirer in respect of any interruptions, delays, inaccuracies, errors, omissions or failure to deliver or from the use of any items under hire.

  11. All items/quantities are subject to availability.

  12. Dimensions are approximate and can vary between items.

  13. Prop Hire Collection: Your goods will be made ready for collection on the arranged day and MUST BE returned on the agreed date. 

  14. Collection is Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm

  15. Booking Confirmation: The contract is only confirmed when the booking has been confirmed by Blomster Designs Prop Hire and hire and deposit funds have been paid in full.
